The Division of Health and Human Resources has selected the Monongalia County Day Report Center as a vendor to provide drug screening for persons under the supervision of Child Protective Services. 

The Monongalia County Day Report Center is located at 75 High Street Morgantown, WV 26505. We are located on the first floor of the Monongalia County Justice Center. 

 
 
 

Our testing hours:

Monday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-4:00pm

Wednesday: 8:30am- 4:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am- 4:00pm

Friday: 8:30am- 4:00pm

*The office is closed daily from 12:00pm-1:00pm

  • The drug screening will be completely randomized.

  • You must continue calling the number provided to you by your case worker.

  • If your color is selected, you are expected to report for your drug screen at least 30 MINUTES before close of business that day.

  • Failure to report as required will result in your Case Worker being notified.

  • Starting June 1, 2018 the new number to check your color will be (304) 362 9501.

  • You must leave your name on the voicemail (please speak clearly).

  • Your color will become available at 7am Monday- Friday.
